We all need to develop our subject knowledge and one of the best ways to do it is to talk with other colleagues about what they are doing in their schools.
So that’s what we’ve decided to do!
We have set up termly secondary networks where it’s a chance to hear a subject leader talk about what they have found helpful in developing the subject in their school, some of the difficulties they’ve addressed and how they help colleagues to know more about resources to help them to do a great job.
This term’s networks are focused on reading across the curriculum.
