The Myatt and Co Secondary Subject Networks got off to a great start last term with a series of fascinating meetings covering the use of quality texts in 15 different curriculum areas. There was so much interest in this topic that we also recorded two roundtable discussions where multiple geographers and librarians shared their approaches - essential viewing!

The theme for this term is ‘Big Ideas’. Subject leaders from across the curriculum will be talking about how they use ‘Big Ideas’ to structure their curriculum planning, promote quality learning and help young people to link up their thinking.

Many of the meetings will also involve subject association representatives, talking about how they can support departments with their planning and implementation of these approaches.
